A lot has changed in South Florida since Auto Tags of Hallandale opened its doors in 1987. We were watching Don Shula coach the Dolphins at Joe Robbie Stadium, Miami Vice was the biggest show on TV, "Walk Like an Egyptian" from the Bangles was the biggest song on the radio and nobody was concerned about Hurricane Andrew because it was still five years away.
